- Fall Operations Tours (September – October): Celebrate autumn with our traditional apple harvest, seasonal treats, and vibrant farm colors.
The Farm Store
Our Farm Store is open 7 days a week and is fully stocked with your favorite local treats and farm-fresh staples. It’s the perfect stop to treat yourself or grab something special for dinner.
- What’s Inside: Famous fruit slushies, homemade fried pies, seasonal fruits & produce, freshly baked goods, ice cream, local grocery products, artisanal jams, jellies, and all kinds of southern goodies!
Pick-Your-Own Peach Season
(June – End of August)
Experience the sweetest part of summer! Our peach season runs all summer long. Because spots fill up quickly, you must purchase your tickets ahead of time for our pick-your-own (PYO) peach days.
- Please note: PYO spots are limited to ensure the best picking experience.
Apple Season & Harvest
(Kicks off Labor Day)
As summer winds down, the apple harvest begins! Summer apples start arriving in our Farm Store in late August, but the true apple picking season kicks off on Labor Day every year.
- In the Store: Different apple varieties mature at different times throughout the fall. Check what’s currently available before you come!
- Pick-Your-Own Apples: Fun for the whole family starts on Labor Day! To find the most accurate picking dates and time slots, head over to our ticketing page.
Events, Classes, & Tours
We host unique, family-friendly events and community gatherings all year round! There is always something new to learn and experience on the farm.
- What We Offer: Creative paint nights, children’s story-time, educational operations tours, seasonal festivals, pick-your-own fruit days, and everything in between.
Tips for a Great Day on the Farm (What to Wear)
Scott’s Orchard is a working, outdoor farm. To ensure you have a safe and comfortable visit, please keep the following in mind:
- The Terrain: Many areas of the property feature gravel paths, grass, open-air spaces, and uneven ground.
- What to Wear: We highly recommend dressing comfortably for the outdoor weather and wearing closed-toe, sturdy shoes suitable for walking around the orchard and farm grounds.
