There is nothing quite like the crisp crunch of an apple picked straight from the tree! Every autumn, Scott’s Orchard transforms into a beautiful harvest wonderland. Whether you are hunting for the perfect baking apple, looking for a scenic family photo backdrop, or wanting to enjoy a fun-filled day outdoors, our pick-your-own apple experience is the perfect fall getaway.
Our apple picking season kicks off on Labor Day and runs through mid-October. Gather your family, breathe in the fresh country air, and come make memories that will last a lifetime!

We open the orchard throughout the week and even add extra hours for school holidays!
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Thursday, Friday, & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Special Fall Holiday Hours
Don’t worry about finding things to do when the kids are out of school!

Pro-Tip for Visitors: Ticket sales and payment for apple picking close strictly at 4:30 PM, but our guests are warmly welcome to relax and enjoy the orchard grounds until 5:00 PM.
Admission & Picking Options
We keep our pricing straightforward so you can plan the perfect day. Admission is required for every person (school-age and up) entering the orchard grounds.
While everyone needs an admission ticket to enter, you can mix and match your apple bags based on how many delicious apples you want to take home!
Choose Your Perfect Bag Size:
- The Half Peck Bag: Holds approximately 12 apples—perfect for snacking or a small family.
- The Full Peck Bag: Holds approximately 24 apples—ideal for avid bakers, apple crisp lovers, or sharing.
Please note: Not every person in your party is required to buy a picking bag, but every individual school-age and up must pay admission to enter the orchard area.

Want to stay for lunch? Every Saturday during the pick-your-own season, we host local food trucks on-site to provide delicious food options for your family right here at the farm.
A Quick Note on Mother Nature
We grow a wide variety of unique and delicious apples that mature at different times throughout September and October. Because nature runs on its own schedule, we cannot guarantee which specific apple varieties will be ripe for picking on the day of your visit. However, we can guarantee they will be fresh, crisp, and fun to pick!
