Donation Request Form
We love supporting our local community! If you have a community event and would like a donation of our items, please fill out the form below.
- A picture of how the donation was used is required upon receiving any donation.
- We will not accept donation requests by telephone, email, fax, or in person. You MUST use this form.
- Requests must be made 30 days in advance.
- Donations must be picked up at the farm. You must also provide us with a donation letter at this time.
- If your request is approved, we will contact you. Due to the volume of requests, we will not contact you unless your donation request is approved.
- Only one donation per organization/school a year will be accepted. (Only one organization/team per school may receive a donation in a calendar year.
