Pick Your Own Peaches
There is nothing quite like a sun-ripened, juicy southern peach picked straight from the tree. Every summer, Scott’s Orchard opens up our beautiful rows of peach trees for an exclusive, hands-on harvest experience. Whether you’re looking to bake the ultimate summer cobbler, stock up on sweet snacks, or enjoy a beautiful morning on the farm with your family, our pick-your-own peach days are a must-attend summer tradition.
Because we care about giving you the best experience possible, this is a limited, time-slotted event. Tickets fill up quickly, so be sure to secure your spot below!
Summer Picking Dates & Time Slots
Our highly anticipated peach-picking season is short and sweet! It begins the last Saturday of June and runs until the first Saturday in August.
To keep the orchard uncrowded and ensure plenty of ripe fruit for everyone, we offer 6 convenient time slots every picking day:
- 9:00 AM
- 9:45 AM
- 10:30 AM
- 11:15 AM
- 12:00 PM
- 12:45 PM
Admission & Picking Options
We keep our layout straightforward so you can easily customize your day on the farm:
- General Admission: An admission ticket is required for every person (school-age and up) who enters the orchard grounds.
- Pick-Your-Own Baskets: Peaches are picked and purchased per basket. You are welcome to buy and fill as many or as few baskets as you would like for your household!
Please note: Not every person in your party is required to buy a picking bag, but every individual school-age and up must pay admission to enter the orchard area.
Hop on the Wagon!
This isn’t just fruit picking—it’s an adventure! Your session includes a scenic tractor-drawn wagon ride that takes you directly to the back of the orchard where the best, ripest peaches are waiting.
Critical Timing Note: Because our wagons depart promptly on schedule, it is incredibly important that you arrive early for your designated time slot. Please allow extra time to check in at the farm and hop on the wagon so you don’t miss your ride to the trees!
Saturday Food Trucks!
Want to stay for lunch? Every Saturday during the pick-your-own season, we host local food trucks on-site to provide delicious food options for your family right here at the farm.
A Quick Note on Our Harvest
We grow several different, incredible varieties of peaches that ripen at various times throughout June, July, and August. Because Mother Nature handles the timeline, we cannot guarantee exactly what specific variety or kind of peach you will be picking on the day of your visit. However, we can guarantee they will be fresh, fuzz-covered, and absolutely delicious!
