Peach Muffins
Ingredients
- 4-5 Pealed and Pitted Peaches
- 1 ½ Cup of Self-Rising flour
- 1 Cup of sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla
- 1/3 Cup of Peach Apple Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients well, and then pour into your prepared muffin trays. You may sprinkle sugar on the tops if you wish. Place your tray in the oven for 18 minutes or until golden on the tops, and then enjoy!
