Chocolate Turtles
Ingredients
- 2 apples sliced into wedges
- 12 oz. of melting chocolate
- 1 cup of melted caramel
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- Popsicle sticks
Instructions
Melt chocolate in a sauce pan on low heat. Stick your popsicle sticks in your apple wedges and coat one side of your apple wedges with your melted chocolate. Make sure when you lay your chocolate-covered wedges down that it is on some sort of parchment paper, so they do not stick. You can then top your wedges with your choice of nut. We have chosen pecans. You can also drizzle caramel over these for a little extra flavor. Place them in the fridge to let them set and enjoy!
